Our company ensures that a vast network of ticket distribution is made available for customers, enabling the satisfaction of requirements in all areas of our service.  At any office directly managed by TRA.IN, it is possible to carry out all services that are relative to the purchasing of tickets for journeys, recognised passes and season tickets, the sending of parcels, timetable information, and general information.  It is possible to pay fines at ticket offices in Siena (at La Lizza and the train station), in Colle Val d’Elsa and in Poggibonsi.

- The pedestrian underpass of La Lizza, tel no: 0577 204225, opening hours: weekdays, from monday to friday, from 6.30am to 7.30pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 7.00am  to 7.30pm. 
Closed: at Christmas, New year and 1st May.  Easter Sunday and 26th December: bank holiday hours and closed between 1pm-3pm.  On 31st December closing time is 7pm.

- Siena train station, tel no: 0577 204328, opening hours: opening time on weekdays, from monday to friday from 07.15am to 7.30pm. On saturday from 07.15 to 5.45pm. On sunday and holidays from 08.30am to 12.30am and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm.

Colle Val d’Elsa:

Poggibonsi:

Open on Sundays and bank holidays from 2nd May to 31st October from 7.45am to 7.35pm, and from 1st November to 30th April from 7.45am to 1.30pm.  Oon 31st December closing time is 7pm.

Certaldo
Piazza Boccaccio (near the railway), tel no: 0571 652853, winter season opening hours: weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and on Saturdays and bank holidays from 7.30am to 10pm.  Summer season: weekdays and bank holidays open from 7am to 12.15am.   Opening time on 1st January is 10am, and on Christmas day it is closed between 12.30pm to 3pm.  It closes at 10pm on 31st December.
