We would like to inform you that personal data that will be supplied by you to the TRA.IN SpA company, based in Siena S.S. 73 Levante, 23, the owner of personal data handling, will form the object, in the respect to the normative recalled above, and of normative arrays and regulations in force of the handling of the legislative decree n.196 of 30 June 2003. Such handling activities are necessary to respond to your questions, complaints, suggestions and proposals.
For this reason we provide the following information:
- the handling of data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency of protection for the discretion of full respect of rights to the discretion and the rights of the customer. This has the aim of being able to correctly carry out the handling activity necessary to satisfy your questions, complaints, suggestions, and proposals, with the following aim:
- to provide quick responses;
- to manage complaints and understand emerging problems and to resolve them;
- to receive suggestions;
- to value your proposals;
- to improve the service offered.
- the handling of data is achieved through the following conditions:
the data that you provide will be handled for management aims, statistics. The handling of data takes place through the use of manual tools, computers, data transmission, with coherence to the aim indicated above, and in a way to guarantee the security and discretion. The data could be diffused to a company that monitors, assesses, or connects, or specific organisation: all in relation to the fulfilment of the legal obligations or for the aims connected with them. The ordination of personal data is facultative, except when requested by specific norms. Your data will not be diffused, but will give way to the correct implementation of handlings and aims of point 1. Your data can be communicated exclusively to: internal technical and commercial staff, with the aim of acquiring necessary information and satisfying your requests.
The owner of handling personal data is the company TRA.IN SpS s.s. 73 Levante No.23 – Siena, in person of the legal representation and of the deliberate responsible designed, resident at the same main office.
It is possible to exercise rights in which art.7 of the above-mentioned law recognises from the others; the right of revising, rectifying, integrating, cancelling, and opposing the handling of personal data. Customers may apply to the owner and the responsible of the handling, to value their own rights, as mentioned in article 7 (rights to the access of personal data and other rights), 9 (conditions of practice) and 10 (verification of the interested) of the legislative decree of 30 June 2003 No. 196 – “Codes in subject to personal data”.

TRAIN operates as a manager of TPL services received in trust by granted companies. The granted companies are the local administrations (the town halls) authorised for the region and typology in which the service is carried out.
Therefore, in order to address the authorised office for your request, there are some exemplary titles enlisted. Some are examples of possible complaints, requests, or suggestions, indicated by the relevant competency.
Example to address directly to URP TRAIN regarding:
- crowded buses
- early or late journeys, or lack of completing the journey
- connections
- stops not respected
- problems with transport: cleanliness, non-functional problems e.g. ticket machines on board
- impolite behaviour of staff
- request or alteration to the location of the stop
- information to the public (notices, timetables, communication, internet website, etc)
- external resales (businesses that sell tickets)
- charges (determined by granted companies)
- proposals and/or suggestions.
Examples for requests to send directly to the granted company:
- improvements of the service
- new service requests
- timetable or route changes
- bus shelter installation
